At Timmy Toys, we want your little ones to have big smiles every time they unwrap something special from us. But sometimes, a toy just isn’t the perfect match — and that’s okay! We’ll make returns and exchanges as smooth and stress-free as playtime. 


Oops! Need to Send Something Back?

Don’t worry — we’ve got you! To help us process your return, exchange, or refund quickly, we’ll need a proof of purchase.
This includes your order number, purchase date, and item details.

Important: No proof of purchase, no return — so keep your invoice safe.


How to Return Your Toys

If You Shopped Online

  1. Send us a quick email at info@timmytoys.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Pop these details into your email:

    • Your order number

    • Your name & contact info

    • The item(s) you’d like to return

    • The reason for the return

We’ll guide you through the next steps — easy peasy! 


If You Bought In-Store or From a Stockist

  • Take the item back to the same store within 14 days.

  • Can’t make it back? Drop us an email at info@timmytoys.com — we’ll work out the best plan together.


Your Options

Once we receive your toy, you can choose one of the following:

Refund (excluding shipping)

Store Credit (save it for your next adventure!)

Exchange for a different toy, size, or variation (price differences may apply)

To Qualify for a Return:

  • The toy must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging

  • Include your proof of purchase

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalised toys can’t be returned


Return Shipping

  • If you’re returning a toy because you changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping.

  • If we made a mistake or sent a faulty item, we’ll cover the costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier — the toy is your responsibility until it reaches us.


Faulty or Oopsie Toys

Did something arrive broken, missing parts, or not what you ordered? We’re so sorry! 
Email us at info@timmytoys.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A quick description of the issue (photos help!)

We’ll sort it out fast — replacement, exchange, or refund. Returns for faulty or incorrect items must be made within 30 days.


Where to Return Your Toys (South Africa)

You can return your goodies to any of these spots:

Timmy Toys HQ – Paarl
16 Distillery Street, Paarl | Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm

Or, send them via courier. Please include:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • Your contact details

Don’t forget to keep proof of postage — just in case.
